Shipping Address Accuracy
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete. Orders are processed promptly, and once shipped, we are unable to modify the address or redirect the package. If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, any resulting issues, including delivery to the wrong address or non-delivery, will be the responsibility of the customer. While we may attempt to assist by contacting the carrier to request a return to sender or other solutions, we cannot guarantee the success of these efforts, and additional costs may apply for reshipping.

• We're so confident you'll love our natural health solutions, you can take up to a FULL YEAR (365 days) to decide if they're right for you. If you're unhappy for ANY REASON, simply email us at support@ultimatelifespan.com (see return instructions below) and we'll issue a FULL REFUND (even if you've emptied all the bottles).
• Please note that return shipping costs are non-refundable.

Return Instructions:

• Send an email to support@ultimatelifespan.com (subject line: RMA) to obtain a Return Authorization Number within 365 days of the invoice generated date.
• Place the products inside an appropriate shipping box and mail it to the following address:

• Write the Return Authorization Number clearly and visibly on the outside of your returned package. Returns that do not have a RMA written on the outside of the package will not be opened and will be returned to sender (at sender’s expense).
• Purchases that meet the above return policy guidelines will be refunded back to the original method of payment.
• Purchases received outside of the Return Policy Guidelines will not be mailed back and will not be refunded.
